Keth Wraith
Precision/Evasion
The Wraith asks a different question than the Tempest: not how hard can I hit, but how do I make sure I'm never the one absorbing the damage? Phase, sensor suppression, disruption, and tactical repositioning. The Wraith fights through denial rather than attrition - making the enemy less effective while controlling exactly when and where engagements happen.
Ghost Protocols is the Wraith's signature non-exclusive: near-complete sensor suppression that drops mob aggro if the Wraith isn't already in melee range. Combined with Disruption Field, the Wraith can fight surrounded while most enemies are confused about where to aim.
Phase is the exclusive - a half-second of untargetability, with a guaranteed first-strike bonus immediately after. Experienced Wraith pilots learn to phase at the moment a telegraph detonates. It becomes a rhythm rather than a panic button.
Build archetypes:
- The Ghost - max Ghost Protocols + Phase + Interference → stealth-adjacent, never where the fight expects it
- The Controller - max Disruption Field + Suppression + Phase Anchor → zone denial, debuffs everything in range
- The Scout - max Void Survey + Threat Read + Phase Anchor → exploration-focused, highest nav discovery rate of any class

KETH WRAITH
- Fastest Keth class - built to be impossible to pin down

- Exclusive: Phase - briefly untargetable; first strike after Phase deals bonus damage
Wraith Skill Tree
| Skill | Type | Unlock OL | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ghost Protocols | Active | 6 | Suppress emission signature to near zero. Mobs not in melee range lose target lock and may disengage. R5: also suppresses projectile tracking - guided weapons lose lock. R7: Ghost Protocols can be activated while under fire; affected mobs take 8s to re-acquire target. |
| Disruption Field | Active | 15 | Area debuff - enemies within radius suffer targeting penalty and -20% accuracy for 20s. R5: also reduces enemy movement speed. R7: enemies in the field have a 20% chance to "miss" their primary target entirely and hit nothing. |
| Flanking | Passive | 0 | Bonus damage when attacking from the side or rear arc of a target. R5: +20% flank damage. R7: +35%, and Phase first strikes always count as rear attacks regardless of position. |
| Precision Strike | Passive | 20 | Improved critical hit chance from stealth or Ghost Protocols state. R5: +15% crit while suppressed. R7: crits during Ghost Protocols deal double their normal crit bonus and apply a slow. |
| Void Survey | Passive | 0 | Mining yield bonus and nav discovery radius increase. R5: reveals hidden nav points. R7: detects shielded resource deposits; nav discoveries grant double Explore XP. |
| Recovery Field | Active | 20 | Revive an incapacitated ally without station tow. Channel time 4s. Max rank 5 - functional but slower and shorter range than the Warden's Jumpstart. R5: 2s channel, 500u range. (Not available at rank 6–7 - the Warden is the specialist.) |
| Interference | Active | 15 | Jam a single enemy's ability use for a duration. Triggered abilities fail. R5: 12s jam duration. R7: also applies to passive-triggered abilities and telegraphs - bosses can't detonate area attacks during the jam window. |
| Wraith Step | Active | 0 | Quick repositioning burst - a short-range directional dash. Not a teleport; reads as fast movement for collision purposes. R5: increased distance, brief invulnerability frame at launch. R7: leaves a decoy signature at the origin point that draws mob fire for 3s. |
| Threat Read | Passive | 40 | Reveals partial mob stats - level, resist profile, current primary target. R5: also shows active debuffs and time until next ability use. R7: reveals the mob's loot table tier and whether it has been recently killed (respawn timer awareness). |
| Critical Form | Passive | 0 | Base critical hit chance improvement. R5: +10% crit. R7: critical hits apply a stacking accuracy debuff to the target (up to 3 stacks, -5% accuracy each). |
| Phase Anchor | Active | 45 | Set a spatial beacon; reactivate within 90 seconds to teleport back to it instantly. R5: 150s window, can set anchor while in combat. R7: on return, the Wraith arrives in Ghost Protocols state for 5s regardless of current suppression status. |
| Charge Management | Passive | 0 | Momentum charges persist through brief disengagements (Wraith-specific Momentum enhancement). R5: charges persist through Ghost Protocols activation. R7: activating Phase while at max charges restores 3 charges after first-strike resolves. |
| Countermeasures | Passive | 25 | Reduces effectiveness of enemy AoE abilities against the Wraith. R5: -25% AoE damage taken. R7: -40%, and the Wraith can activate Ghost Protocols during a telegraph warning to avoid damage entirely (once per telegraph, 60s cooldown). |
| Phase (Exclusive) | Active | 15 [Q] | Untargetable burst - nothing can hit the Wraith for 0.8–1.5s (scales with rank). The first attack after Phase deals 50–100% bonus damage (scales with rank and current Momentum). R5: Phase cooldown reduced to 20s, bonus damage scales with Momentum charges. R7: cooldown 15s, the bonus first strike also resets Ghost Protocols cooldown if used immediately after Phase. |
