These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Game, the website at beyondmmo.com, and any related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. We may refuse service, close accounts, or remove content at our discretion where permitted by law.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account, transfer it, or allow anyone else to access it. You agree to provide accurate information at registration and to keep your email address current. One person may hold one primary account unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use cheats, bots, memory-editing tools, unauthorized third-party clients, or any other software that modifies the Game's behavior.
- Exploit bugs, race conditions, or unintended mechanics. Report them to support instead.
- Harass, threaten, or defame other players or our staff.
- Buy, sell, or transfer accounts, in-game items, or virtual currency outside of the official storefronts we provide.
- Circumvent, disable, or attempt to probe the Service's security.
Violations may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent account termination without refund.
4. Virtual goods and currency
Cosmetics, items, in-game credits, and other virtual goods sold or granted through the Service are licensed, not sold, to you for your personal, non-commercial use inside the Game. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred to another account. We may modify, suspend, or remove virtual goods at any time, subject to our Refund Policy.
5. Payments
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, payment methods, taxes, and issues the receipt. By making a purchase you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where available and may include tax.

7. User-submitted content
By submitting support messages, wiki contributions, commissioned decal references, or other content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating the Service. You represent that you own or have the right to submit it.
8. Service availability
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uptime, lack of bugs, or permanent availability of any feature. We may perform maintenance, push updates, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or other abuse. On termination, your license to virtual goods ends.
10. Ban Evasion
If your account is suspended or terminated for violating these Terms, you may not create a new account to continue accessing the Service. We use technical measures, including device and connection signals, to detect attempts to evade enforcement actions. Accounts identified as ban-evasion attempts are subject to termination at our discretion, and any purchases made on such accounts are non-refundable.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Our total liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the greater of 100 USD or the total you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including consumer protection law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-Game notice. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in the State of Florida, USA, unless mandatory local law grants you rights to your own jurisdiction.
